Blue with white waves and tricolour sections, made out of a special elastic fabric - this is the new suit made by Fila for the Italian competitors at the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics.

Presented Thursday in Milan, the Olympic suit will be worn by Azzurri in the 10 sports in which Fila is the technical sponsor of Italian Winter Sport Federation FISI. The 'jet suit' - as it was immediately called - is made of a special, exclusive fabric formed of three layers. It has been tested in wind galleries by FISI technicians and sports stars. Fila also presented Stefano di Martino, the new president and CEO of its European, African and Middle Eastern businesses.
